Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. To do so, please fill out the return form included with your order or request an RMA number by email (info@rodger.nl). Business purchases are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Returning products is entirely at the customer’s expense and risk.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, after we have received the products in good and unused condition, we will refund your payment, excluding delivery costs. We will refund you with the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Exception to the right of withdrawal :

  • Products not suitable for return for
    reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Warranty

All our products are subject to the legal warranty period in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. The legal warranty period concerns that a product must possess those properties required for normal use. This means that under normal use a product must not show any defects during its expected lifetime.

On our electronic products we give a standard warranty period of 2 years. On our bottoms we give a standard warranty period of 3 months.

When returning your product(s), please observe the following:

We recommend packing the products in the original packaging including all original accessories such as cables, user manual and accessories. The items must be well packed to avoid shipping damage. We request that you sufficiently frank the package.

We will check if the returned product is actually defective. If found to be so, we will refund the shipping costs you paid and ensure you receive a correct working product.

If it appears that the returned product does work properly and the complaint is a user error, we will charge a fee á €12.95 for the service provided and the shipping costs for returning your products.
